Uniform Ordering
Need uniforms? Access our secure online portal to order official Semillas Preschool uniforms and gear. Uniforms are required to maintain a sense of community and focus in the classroom.
We kindly ask families to send a healthy lunch. For our infants, this includes bottles, breast milk or formula, baby food, and any snacks they may need. We trust you to choose what’s best for your child, though please keep in mind that we can’t be responsible for the exact nutritional value or for meeting their daily dietary needs.
Making Lunch a Little Easier
We also know that packing lunches every day isn’t always easy for busy families. That’s why we’ve partnered with Simply Fresh, a third-party vendor that offers nutritious, child-friendly meals delivered straight to our school. Families who choose this option can take one thing off their daily to-do list, knowing their little ones will have something healthy and delicious at lunchtime.
Parent Handbook
Everything you need to know about our preschool—our teaching philosophy, policies, safety procedures, and Spanish immersion model—is available in our Parent Handbook. It’s the go-to resource for families new and returning.
School Calendar
At Semillas, every day is filled with opportunities to learn, grow, and have fun. Check our school calendar to stay updated on important dates, holidays, family events, and special activities that make our year so meaningful.
By organizing all key materials in one place, our Spanish preschool parent resources page helps you stay engaged and informed every step of the way.

Bilingualism
“Start early and earn all your benefits!” It is noted that early bilingualism can enhance cognitive function and protect it in old age. (Harvard, Graduate School of Education)
Importance of learning a second language in the early stages
“Between the ages of 0-3, the brains of young children are uniquely suited to learning a second language as the brain is in its most flexible stage. Bilingually exposed infants excelled in detecting a switch in language as early as six months old. They can learn a second language as easily as they learn to walk and learn their primary language”.
