This month, we celebrate affection as the foundation of the relationships we build with ourselves, our families, and our friends. During this time, the children will:

At Semillas, we believe affection is not taught through words alone, but through experiences. When a child feels loved, they develop the ability to love others with respect and empathy.

This month, each child will recognize the value of meaningful bonds, feel like an important part of the group, and begin building relationships based on respect, connection, and genuine affection.

Moments of Faith

Creation – God created the world with love, and everything around us is a gift from Him. We also care for nature and all living creatures because we love God and want to protect His creation.

I show affection by helping others and treating them the way I would like to be treated.

Virtue Goals

Plant a seed and take it home to care for it with love; hug Mom or Dad in the morning and say good morning; draw a heart and give it to Mom; give a goodnight kiss.
